摘要

This article presents theoretical analysis of asymmetrical rolling process of composite sheets compound of basic St3S steel layer and plating copper layer. The aim of research was determination of velocity fields of strain and their intensity for asymmetrical rolled duplex plate. Computer simulation was realized for different thickness of layers ratio H_M/H_T. The numerical research was based on computer simulations with the Forge 2D program using finite elements method. The asymmetry arised from heterogeneous distribution of draft on layers of bimetallic band. To counteract of this phenomenon asymmetry of peripheral speed of working rolls has been introduced.
