A tribute to Sefton Hamann

摘要

I read with a degree of sadness the obituary for Dr Sefton Hamann written by Tom Spurling in the Apri 2009 edition of Chemistry in Australia. I was Dr Hamann's technical assistant for a few months in 1965 and worked under his auspices in the Nucle-ation Section with L.F. (Tony) Evans and Geoff Edwards in the CSIRO Division of Physical Chemistry and then the Division of Applied Chemistry 1965-9.
