Tag-It Compatible 13.56 MHz Passive RFID Transponder

摘要

The design of 13.56 MHz, Tag-It(tm) compatible passive RFID Transponder IC is presented, using TSMC 0.18μm Mixed Signal SALICIDE (1P6M, 1.8V) process. The chip is designed with simpler architecture, but achieving the same level of requirement expected for RFID passive transponder. Comparison with four previously published works show that this design achieve power reduction of 30 - 50%.
