Effect of growth regulators on growth parameters and yield of fingermillet

Considerable literature is available on the effect of gibberellic acid and cycocel on drymatter production and yield of crop plants. (Bishnoi et al. 1994 and Chetti et al. 1995). Growth analysis in response to plant growth regulators may be helpful in ,improving.the physiological efficiency of crop plants and ultimately the productivity. The present investigation was carried out to study the growth parameters and yield in fingermillet as affected by growth regulators.
