Russia's Boom economy sees rapid plastics growth

Although the consumption per capita of plastics in Russia is lower than it is in Western Europe,domestic demand has risen considerably since the end of the 1990s,fuelled by burgeoning economic growth in the country as it rebuilds its aging industries and dilapidated infrastructure system.
