LANXESS INVESTS ?200 MILLION IN NEODYMIUM POLYBUTADIENE PLANT

Lanxess of Leverkusen, Germany, has announced that it will build a 140 kt a year neodymium polybutadiene (Nd-PBR) rubber plant on Jurong Island Chemical Park in Singapore. The plant will be the largest of its kind in the world and will cost approximately ?200 million.
