The difference between fluidization and heat and mass transfer processes in the field of centrifugal forces and similar processes in the field of gravity are considered. A significant component of the gas velocity relative to the particles of a parallel bed surface can be referred to the characteristic features of fluidization in the field of centrifugal forces. First, this enlarges heat and mass exchange between particles and a gas and, second, this changes the regimes of fluidization. Moreover, the analogy between fluidization by wall vibration and by the gas flowing through the bed and fluidization by transmission of the bed particles along the swirler slit system in a chamber is noted as well as other characteristic features of fluidization and heat transfer in a vortex chamber.
