摘要

The liquid-phase radiolysis of NO solutions in N2O4 at nitrogen monoxide concentrations to 15 wt % was studied at 30-140 degrees C and pressures of 1.2-6.0 MPa. The radiation-chemical yield of decomposition of liquid N2O4 was found to be 1.5-2.0 orders of magnitude lower than that of gaseous N2O4. The dissolution of nitrogen monoxide (to 15 wt %) in N2O4 increased the radiation-chemical yields of nitrogen and dinitrogen oxide from 0.03 +/- 0.002 to 0.15 +/- 0.002 and from 0.005 +/- 0.0005 to 0.03 +/- 0.001, respectively.
