Canadian environmental groups have filed a lawsuit that challenges the decision of the country's environmental minister to not subject a possible new New Brunswick refinery to a full federal environmental review. Ecojustice has filed the suit on behalf of the Conservation Council of New Brunswick's Fundy Baykeeper and Friends of the Earth Canada.
