PetroChina to Export Gasoline to Southeast Asia; CNOOC to Expand Refineries

China National Petroleum Corp., the parent company of PetroChina, announced last week that its 200,800 b/d Qinzhou refinery in South China will export fuel oil, including gasoline, to export destinations such as Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore and China. The refiner is expected to begin operations in late 2009, Xinhua New Agency reported.
