Vietnam, Kuwait, Two Japanese Firms Sign Refinery Project Deal

As expected, Vietnam signed a deal recently to build a $6 billion refinery at Nghi Son in the northern Thann Hoa province. Vietnam's Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and Kuwaiti Oil Minister Mohammad Al-Aulaim were present at the signing ceremony for what was termed the first stage of the Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Complex.
