NYMEX Crude Ends Week Above $106/bbl

The price of the May NYMEX crude oil futures contract climbed 2.3%, to $106.23/bbl, Friday. It was the second time in three days the price was up. It apparently climbed after the release of negative employment data from the U.S. Department of Labor. For the week, the price was up less than 1%.
