摘要

Ophthalmoplegic migraine (OM) is a rare condition characterized by ocular motor dysfunction during or soon after a migraine headache. The third nerve is most commonly affected, but the fourth or sixth nerve may also be involved. The disease is most common in children and young adults and usually resolves spontaneously. We report the fifth case of OM with recurrent sixth nerve palsy in the post-MR era.
