Pump Systems Matter - Part 2

Earlier this year, the USA's Hydraulic Institute launched Pump Systems Matter, a national educational initiative aimed at improving the energy efficiency of pumping systems. In the October issue of World Pumps, Robert Asdal (HI), Vestal tutterow (ASE) and Aimee T. McKane (LBNL) explored the key factors that led to the pursuit of this initiative. In this second of two parts, they consider the process involved in setting up the initiative, its scope and the progress to date.
