部分负荷率对热泵系统能耗的影响分析

             

摘要

In cold areas part - load ratio of single building energy consumption were studied problem, select the air - cooled heat pump water loop heat pump with two air - conditioning system for the study. In the energy consumption of the two heat pump system based on the theory of comparative analysis, with 100% , 80% , 60% , 40% , 20% part load ratio five - speed power engineering test run throughout the year, and based on the use of part of the test results Dimensionless rate of energy consumption of the load analysis of the test data are analyzed. The results from the testing and analysis show that: part - load impact rate on the water loop heat pump is greater than air - cooled heat pump, especially in the winter; air - cooled heat pump and part - load ratio has a linear relationship, the water loop heat pump and some non - linear loading rate relations, water loop heat pump operating point aberration in 80% and 100% load segment range.%针对寒冷地区单体建筑部分负荷率对热泵系统运行能耗影响规律问题,选取水环热泵与风冷热泵两种空调系统作为研究对象.在对两种热泵系统运行能耗理论对比分析基础上,采用100%,80%,60%,40%,20%五档部分负荷率进行全年运行能耗工程测试,并依据测试结果运用部分负荷率无因次能耗分析方法对测试数据进行分析处理.从测试与结果分析表明:部分负荷率对水环热泵影响要大于风冷热泵,特别是在冬季;风冷热泵与部分负荷率具有线性关系,水环热泵与部分负荷率存在非线性关系,水环热泵畸变工况点出现在80%~100%负荷段范围内.
