A novel binder for waterborne trim paints with improved application properties

摘要

The limited open time of waterborne trim paints is still considered a critical issue and is not up to the performance of conventional solventborne paints. This paper discusses the development of a novel binder that can be used in very low VOC (30 g/l) waterborne trim paints with good application properties, especially improved open time.
