EU Regulation No 253/2011 - criteria for PBT substances

EU Regulation No 253/2011 amends the Reach Regulation (EC Regulation No 1907/2006) to amend the criteria for the identification of persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic substances (PBT substances), and very persistent and very bioaccumulative substances (vPvB substances) as well as the information that must be considered for the purpose of assessing the PBT properties of a substance as provided in Annex XIII to EC Regulation No 1907/2006. EU Regulation No 253/2011 entered into force on the 19th March 2011.
