Design of a new multifunctional diamond anvil cell for high-pressure high-temperature applications

The limitation in achieving homogeneous and uniform high-pressure high-temperature conditionsexceeding 1000°C, together with the requirements multipurpose use applicable to various analyticaltechniques (e.g. Miletich et. al. 2000, Burchard et. al. 2003), lead us to consider a new design for aheatable diamond anvil cell (DAC).
