摘要

The unrelenting drought conditions on America's West Coast caused California wildlife officials to evacuate two hatcheries for rainbow trout, salmon and steelhead near Sacramento to save the fish from rising water temperatures. For the first time in the state's history, the California Department of Fish and Wildlife moved trout out of the American River Hatchery and has already released salmon and steelhead from the Nimbus Hatchery into state waters, officials told the Los Angeles Times in June.
