摘要

International Enterprise's weekly inventory report for Singapore showed that total onshore inventories dropped 3.288MM bbl to 40.069MM bbl in the week to Oct. 5. Fuel oil supplies plummeted by 13.8% due to thin Western arbitrage arrivals; although, stocks likely will rebound later in Oct. as Western arrivals climb. Middle distillate stocks also fell, hitting a six-week low amid an ongoing outage at Royal Dutch Shell's 462K-b/d Pulau Bukom refinery in Singapore. The plant was knocked offline after a fire struck on Sept. 28. On the other hand, supplies of light distillates rose for the third week in a row, settling at a 10-week high, due largely to climbing stocks of naphtha reformate.
