With a rich history that goes back over 500 years, Hemelter Miihle is today a company focused on partnering with its customers across the European continent to produce high quality flour from its multiple milling facilities in Germany and Poland. Nowunder the fourth generation of management by the Cordesmeyer family, Hemelter Miihle tracks its modern history back to 1892, when Heinrich Cordesmeyer purchased a flour mill in Rheine, Germany, which at that time was still powered by a combination of wind and water.
