The Kitimat LNG export project proposed off Canada's West Coast this week shook hands on yet another tentative deal - this time with Spain's Gas Natural (GN) for the purchase of up to 1.6 million tons per year of LNG, or 30% of Kitimat's capacity, for 20 years.
