After a bitter experience with colossally high spot prices last winter,Asian LNG buyers are better prepared this year and look poised to both buy less and pay less this winter.Besides having stockpiled ahead of winter to the extent tankage allows,Japanese and South Korean buyers face moderate weather,in contrast to last year's harsh winter.South Korea started buying in May,a month in which imports soared 69% to almost 2.2 million tons.In the third quarter,imports rose 16% to 4.08 million tons.
