Hungary,Slovakia and Austria all confirmed through the course of Tuesday what Russian state Gazprom was saying that morning,namely that gas started flowing through Ukraine to Europe again on Jan.20-ending the worst energy crisis in Europe in 30 years.Bulgarian and Italian officials said they expected the resumption of Russian gas flows within 24 hours.
