Peter Voser, chief executive of Royal Dutch Shell, has been named as the Energy Intelligence Petroleum Executive of the Year, after being chosen by a jury of his peers. The 2013 award will be presented at a dinner opening the 34th annual Oil & Money Conference, which runs from Oct. 1-2 in London.
