Don't be put off by the name 'bio-dynamic' fanning. It is a further development of the method of fanning our fore-fathers used prior to industrialisation, farm mechanisation and fertilisation. Yet in its simplicity, not only can it turn a financiallyburdened farm into a commercially viable operation, providing the ultimate in healthy food without polluting the environment, it is self-sustaining and maintains and nurtures the land for future generations.
