NCWM Interim Meeting 2004

The agenda for the NCWM Interim Meeting will not be published for some six weeks after I am composing this article. Sometime in December the agenda, Publication 15, will be available to NCWM members. Members will receive a CD ROM version by mail, and those attending the NCWM Interim in Bethesda, Md. on January 11-15, 2004 will have access to a hard copy of the information. A digital version can be downloaded from either "www.ncwm.com" or "www.nist.gov/owm" sometime in December. Since the agenda is not available, I am taking somewhat a shot in the dark with this article's observations. However, having attended three regional meetings and the NTETC Measuring Sector meeting this fall, I have a pretty good idea of some of the more interesting topics that will be deliberated upon in January.
