Beivieu, Conway Spots Edge Up

Spot propane in the Group 140 (Conway, Kan.) and Mont Belvieu markets once again gained marginally compared to early in the week. Traders note crude oil futures Thursday edged north of the $73/bbl mark, pulling propane with them. However, market watchers observe that fundamentals in the crude futures market remain weak, with demand stymied by the weak economy and stockpiles of crude and products at a record high for a second week.
