Bill Glegg started the company in 1986 with his son, Steve. Having recently opened his own business as a general contractor after graduating from the British Columbia Institute of Technology's (BCIT) Building Technology program, the younger Glegg took the leap with his father because of their shared passion for woodworking. "It was basically a hobby that turned into a business," he says. "It was something I have been doing since I was a kid — we had a woodworking shop in the house when I was growing up."
