摘要

Manufacturing fine flattened wires made from high-alloy steels is one of the most difficult technologies in metal forming practice. Based on the results of extensive laboratory and industrial research, the technology for producing flattened wires was furthered for the following steel grades (according to Polish standards-PN): ferritic steels—H5M, 1H13, 3H13, H17, 0H17T, H13J4, H17J5, 0H20J5, 0H23J5, H25T; austenitic steels and alloys—0H18N9, 1H18N9, 1H18N10T, 00H18N10, H17N13M2T, 00H17N14M2, NH19, NH30. The program of fine flattened wire production tested in the BHH Mikrohuta steel plant in Dabrowa Gornicza is presented in Table 5.
