OLYMPUS STYLUS 1: Latest Olympus bridge uses OM-D as inspiration

Olympus has taken a new approach to its superzoom compact camera range by taking inspiration from its OM-D E-M5 and using it to create the new Stylus 1 - a fixed lens compact that features a 12MP 1/1.7in CMOS sensor and TruePic VI image processor. Rather than featuring a variable aperture, the Stylus 1 boasts a new i.ZUIKO DIGITAL lens that offers a constant aperture of f/2.8 through its 28-300mm zoom range.
