摘要

The problems solved using the equipment for mechanised arc processes and semiautomatic equipment, increase in number. In addition to new technological problems, there is a group of problems associated with the conditions of application of equipment, working conditions, ease of servicing and setting. Semiautomatic equipment is continuously improved and the design is adapted to work in specific conditions. In most cases, the designers and producers have tried to offer users new models of semiautomatic equipment, because of the following reasons:initial absence in the case of the developers and producers of the concepts of the block-module principle of design using the basic model; inefficiently accurate analysis of the prospects of the market of equipment, orientation to only current demands of welding and other productions; absence of new technological and technical solutions in the area of mechanised arc welding, cutting and surfacing, including solutions associated with the problems of energy and resources-saving whose solution is included in the form of primary tasks.
