摘要

Continuous control in ultrasound welding of polymers makes it possible to produce high-quality welded joints with the possible instability of both the polymer material and operation of the ultrasound generator.In continuous control, it is necessary to record the parameter carrying information on the condition of the polymer material during loading. This parameter is the amplitude of oscillations of the support:a=ADr~(1/2)e~(-#gamma#h)where A is the amplitude of oscillations of the waveguide; D is the transmission factor; r is the scattering factor; #gamma#is the absorption factor; h is the thickness of the layer of the polymer material.
