Spatter reduction in GMAW by current waveform control

摘要

From the viewpoint of controlling welding power, an explanation was given about the reduction of spatter by the CBT method integrated with recently developed digitalised controlling technique. Techniques for reducing spatter can be approached from many aspects, such as consumables. Ultimate welding without spatter with large tolerance in welding conditions will only be realised when all these techniques are integrated.
