摘要

The technology of microarc oxidation (MAO) does not make it possible to produce the same wear resistance in the thickness of the hardened layer because on approaching the surface layer the hardness of the material decreases. This circumstance is associated with the specific features of the formation of hardening coatings by the method of microarc oxidation. The non-uniform distribution of hardness results in more intensive wear of components in service and, in particular, in running-in. In this work, the problem was solved using the previously described design and technological measures.
