摘要

The examined special features of the modulation of the technological parameters of the process of orbital welding of pipelines increase the resistance to uncontrolled perturbations and, consequently, enable expansion of the areas of precision control of the controlling influences, ensuring the stabilisation and increase of the level of the quality of welded joints. In filling of the gap (surfacing) in the process of orbital TIG welding of non-rotating joints in pipes it is recommended to use the following methods for the precision control of the formation of deposited layers: welding with arc weaving along a specific trajectory in the gap; synchronisation of the welding speed with the pulse introduction of energy into the weld pool; the introduction of filler wire into the periphery of the active spot of the welding arc on the surface of the pool; the application of 'step-pulsed' technologies with synchronisation of the feed of filler wire. When filling the gap (surfacing) in the process of consumable electrode welding of nonrotating joints in pipes, it is recommended to use the precision process of orbital welding with controlled heat and mass transfer as a result of the adaptive control of the short-circuiting time.
