摘要

In electron beam melting of AL25 silumin the dispersion of the structure increases 3-10 times the strength by more than 20 percent. The electron beam surfacing with Sv-AMo6 wire makes it possible to produce harder (by more than 7 percent) and stronger (by more than 60 percent) coatings in comparison with the initial silumin AL25. This coating has a fine-grain structure with improved wear resistance and fatigue strength.
