摘要

The selection of the electric drive of automatic and mechanised welding equipment should be based on simple and reliable technical solutions, ensuring the required range of regulation and the rigidity of the static characteristics. However, in this case it is necessary to take into account the nature of loading, operating in the given equipment, and in the presence of strong pulsating or pulsed loading it is necessary to compensate their effect by selecting the structure of feedback. In the presence of strong pulsed and pulsating loads, it is necessary to prefer electric drives with a negative feedback with respect to current and, if possible, introduce forcing members. For universal electric drives, to maintain high values of static rigidity in the absence of strong loading, the negative current feedback may be produced in the detachable form. The proposed methods of the analysis of the structures of DC electric drives of simple design may also be used for other structures of electric drives and formalised systems of controlling technological processes.
