摘要

In the process of treatment and welding of rapidly solidified alloys of the aluminium-transition metals system, the cooling rate is the order parameter which determines the special features of the formation of the structure and variation of the properties of these materials.With increase of the order parameter (cooling rate) two transitions (bifurcations) of the system to new structural state, characterised by a considerably higher level of hardness of the alloy, are observed.From the positions of synergetics, the transition of the system to the new state is associated with the change of mechanism of dissipation of the supplied energy leading to increase of the temperature gradient and formation of a new, more complicated structure of the treated zone.
