摘要

The plastic deformation of the welded joints in the 45 and R6M5 steels in the temperature range of super-plasticity of the latter steel eliminated the unfavour-able structural heredity of the joint formed during flash welding, and made it possible to transfer the welded joint to the working profile of the drill.The transfer of the welded joint to the tail part after formation of the working profile of the drill enabled heat treatment of the drill to be carried out in the temperature conditions of 45 steel.
