Joint venture for Malvern Instruments in fast-growing Indian market

A joint venture between leading materials characterization company Malvern Instruments and Aimil, Malvern's long-term distribution partner in India, has resulted in the establishment of Malvern Aimil Instruments Pvt Ltd The new company became operational on 1 May, 2008. The joint venture will be headquartered in Mumbai, but staff will operate from all eight offices across India, including the two particle size centres of excellence in Bangalore and Baroda.
