Cambodia has more cattle than pigs - this is quite apparent when travelling around the country. Cars and trucks have to take avoiding action as cattle fearlessly stray across the road in the path of oncoming vehicles. Fortunately pigs don't present asimilar challenge. I travelled north from Vietnam to see something of Cambodian pig production. I was with Mr Thanh Trinh, who is Asia Pacific manager for the rapidly growing French company Olmix.
