Automation: the role of the systems integrator in successful robotic operations

For welding fabricators considering the use of robotics the choice of a business partner to provide the robotic welding solution may be the most important one. Complete specification, installation and service packages are available directly from manufacturers. However, partnering with a systems integrator to handle the installation through to production is often the preferred route. Systems integrators successfully serve job shops and manufacturers (of any size) that may need a versatile manufacturing capability to provide short or lengthy production runs for their customers.
