On the occasion of the next edition of the exhibition in Dusseldorf wire 2006, OMD Officina Meccanica Domaso will show four models which represent its wide range of machine production. A high productivity are the main features of the spring end grinding machine type MA10-2/E, representing the leading model of the whole range. Graphic programming interface, special cooling system, automatic dressing procedure, automatic compensation of the grinding wheel wear, independent variation of the grinding wheel rotation speed, integrated spring length measuring system and electronic adjustment of the loading plate rotation speed are the features common to this type of grinding machines. The version with two loading plates, assembled on a rotating table, makes this machine particularly suitable when using automatic loading devices. Parallely, the new version MA9/SE has been realized to meet the market requirements of an electronic grinding machine offered to a reasonable price. The machine is controlled electronically by means of an user-friendly and logical interface, its working method includes continuous grinding, as well as automatic downfeed grinding.
