Over the years Nedschroef Herentals has delivered many long stroke and extra long stroke coldforming to major coldforming companies around the glob. Being a supplier to this industry the company spot- an increasing need for high speed straightening equipment among their customers. Thus Nedschroef designed the straightening machine type RRA18 for long parts-with or without thread - which is able to improve peat straightness up to a factor 10. At wire 2000 in Dusseldorf, Nedschroef introduced the RRA18 straightening machine for long coldformed parts. Since then over 20 machines have been sold and delivered to major coldforming companies around the world who produce long parts such as: cylinder head bolts, tie rods, shafts, valves and drill blanks. Well known fastener companies including Brugola from Italy, Saga and Meidoh from Japan and Dextech from USA have already placed repeat orders for RRA straightening machines.
