Figure 1. Endoscopic visualization of the tympanic membrane and external ear canal demonstrated both ear canal hemorrhages and intratympanic hemorrhages. These pictures were taken approximately 36 h after the initial injury. Note an incidental area of tympanosclerosis can be visualized to the right of the light reflex.
