Controlling flow and pollutant discharges through sewer networks is required for a number of reasons. In order to accomplish such control, precise knowledge of the hydrodynamic conditions of each candidate measurement location proves critical, The Laboratoire Central dos Fonts et Chausses has thus become involved in an experimental program on velocity and suspended matter concentration fields.
