Materials and their service properties for superheater and reheater tubing in power stations with advanced steam parameters part 2: oxidation, cold forming

From the outlined results of operational tests, laboratory examinations and assessment of literature it is possible to make material recommendations for coal-fired steam generators under consideration of the HT corrosion behaviour, the steam-sidescaling behaviour and creep strength under calculated temperatures. These recommendations apply to the heated aggregates superheater and reheater depending on the maximum steam temperature.
