Last month, the four employees from my company, Clark Mow and Go, got the opportunity to test out three new trimmers from Redmax. We have had these trimmers for a month and have put them through their paces in many different field conditions. Thethree trimmer models tested are BCZ2400S (23.6cc), BCZ2600S (25.4cc) and the "beast" BCZ300S (29.5cc). All three trimmers featured the two-cycle, strato-charged engine, so we didn't have to sacrifice power or run four-cycle to meet emissions. We found the strato-charged engines lived up to their claims of being 30 percent more fuel efficient and running much cooler. These engines ran smoothly, with great power at all RPMs, though they seemed a bit loud.
