摘要

In our country, non-ferrous metal mineral resources have been represented by the most varied types of complex deposits. In the extraction and processing of ores, huge amounts of technogenetic resources have accumulated - wastes from overburden and host rocks, second-grade ores, concentration plant tailings, non-qualitative concentrates and semiproducts, and wastes from metallurgical and chemical industries [1]. Where there is extended conservation, technogenetic resources undergo considerable changes under the influence of natural factors and internal physico-chemical processing, inflicting a great deal of damage to the environment and the economy. When evaluating the efficiency of technogenetic resources use, first of all they have to be classified and developed into a unified and comparable form of technico-economic information. Today, only the wastes from the mining industry complex have been classified [2, 3].
